Publisher's Note: The mid-1990s (shenandoah virginia) south around [ACRInc's premiere incarnation] OSCR's creation was pretty tolerant at ground level -- whatever it was, most folk had one of it in their family to get along with, survivably and relatively peacefully! Gay, trans-sexual cross-dresser, latino, rebel rustler, african, loose-on-the-wheels.... whatever. It was country, one country, our country. It doesn't exist like that now there. The air was soft back then and caressed us reassuringly, like a parent bathing her child in the pappus of dandelions from fields of an ancient home.ACRInc: RagRoll Archives
